Rose Cottage

A new dwelling to replace old stone cottage on existing site.

The design intent was to replicate and duplicate existing cottage form in a staggered position treating the front half in a traditional manner with slate roof and sash windows and then contemporise the rear form with large glazing and standing seam roof.
