Complete internal re-design and refurbishment of a top floor apartment overlooking Langland Bay. Key to the client brief was maximising the spatial use within the apartment and the connection to the view on the sea facing side. Replacing the poorly performing PVC windows with floor to ceiling aluminium glazing not only improved the feeling of openness in these rooms but also rectified historic water ingress issues.

The warmth of oak chevron flooring flows through the apartment, complimented with striking patterned tiles to the entrance hall, bathrooms and kitchen. Services;
