23 Eastcliff
During the build for No.24 we were asked to consider the potential for the adjacent vacant site. Its scale and the location warranted a generous family home. Knowing that upside down living arrangement is the optimal arrangement and that the primary view is to the front we designed a lateral-form building to maximise the views out. The ground floor accommodates a handful of bedrooms with en-suites along with utility, boot and plant spaces, the first floor has one large semi-vaulted living space and a master suite. An social outbuilding and landscaping scheme has formed an integrated part of the overal design. The plot with all required permissions is currently on the market for someone to build-out to their own specification.
